Let’s face it, this film is rated R/18, and it gets that rating because it’s full of swearing, murder, drug use, sexual situations and lots of blood splattering all over the place – so there really shouldn’t be any kids going to see it.
All of these things were why I loved Dredd as a kid – it felt like something you really shouldn’t be reading it as a 12-year-old boy -
- but I’m glad they didn’t tone it down to go for the lower classification…”
