comment@whoar:..bomber bradbury has some timely/appropriate advice for both the labour party…and the greens…

bradbury:..”…With the Greens ruling out working with National -

- David Shearer should seize the moment now -

- and call on the Greens to meet and work out what policy they can agree on -

- and how they can assist each other in the election -

- rather than vote split electorate seats…”

(ed:..one of the horror stories for me from the last election was how even a cursory glance at the electorate stats shows how labour and the greens ate each other…

..(and the dumb/stupid/self-defeating votes made by supporters of both parties..)

..and in the process the progressive-parties let national cruise thru the middle…

..and win the election..

..a combination of mutual take-no-prisoners..and a puzzling reluctance from/by both the greens and labour to tell/show their supporters how to tactically vote..

(a reluctance..as far as i can ascertain..that also stems from some warped sense of ‘fairness/playing the game’..(!)

..which for the life of me..i cannot understand..)

..as a slightly harder look at those stats reveal that had labour and the greens played-together/in mutual interest..

..they would now be the government..both now..and for the forseeable future…

..and that just leaves the question..

..how to get the leadership of both parties to grasp that simple fact..

..and then act on it..?

(to employ a cliche:..’it’s a no-brainer!..eh..?)
