regions emptying thru emigration..
..and immigrants are all going to auckland…

(a spin for sharples tag-team of turia and english..)
6)..EUGENIE SAGE to the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery: What advice, if any, has he received on the potential sale of Christchurch City Council assets to help pay for the rebuild of Christchurch?
brownlee tries not to answer the question…
..and smith and brownlee battle over brownlees’ non-answer..
..(with brownlee appearing to challenge the authority of the speaker/parliamentary-rules..)
speaker:..’the house deserves an answer’..’this is not acceptable in this chamber’..
..but brownlee continues to duck/weave/non-answer…
