“..The GCSB spy agency started an investigation into its staff last night after Labour leader David Shearer said he had been leaked information about the Prime Minister’s knowledge of the Kim Dotcom case.
GCSB director Ian Fletcher issued a statement last night which appeared to debunk the claim John Key had been recorded speaking about Mr Dotcom in the staff cafeteria.
He said the Government Communications Security Bureau had made “exhaustive inquiries of its records and its IT systems – and can find no audio-visual recording of the Prime Minister’s visit” on the day outlined by Mr Shearer.
“An investigation has commenced within GCSB as to whether there has been any unauthorised disclosure of information, and if so, its source.”..
(ed:..and it should be noted that shearer claims that ‘multiple-sources’ from amongst the spooks had confirmed the presence of this audio-visual evidence that proves key a liar…
..so shearer has now put his credibility on the line..
..with his ‘multiple-sources’ claim..
..especially considering that recent (and widely regarded as utter bullshit) claim from shearer about that benificiary-painting-on-a-hot-tin-roof..eh..?..)
update:..tv3 is reporting that on tuesday morning the spooks seized the computer hard-drives containing the video recordings of the speech key gave way back..when he quipped to a meeting of spooks about their targeting of kim dotcom..
..ed:..this is getting ore bizarre by the hour..eh..?
..especially as the spooks are now claiming ‘there is no footage’..(ed:..whoar..!..eh..?..)
