    These figures are nonsense. The continuing rise of temperature will go far beyond this century and accelerate.

    Money can not be used to assess the impact of runaway spiraling climate effects which are in place now.

    If all human generated carbon emissions stopped tomorrow the warming would continue and the ice retreat trigger the methane bomb.

    But as the industrial machine grinds on, fossil fuel is used and the system of political control held by a small group is allowed to remain, the outcome will be further depleted resources, added pollution and the sealing of out fate with increased strife, die off and a severely reduced human prospect.

    Meanwhile the discussion is about insignificant detail and the bigger picture ignored.

    Where is the discussion of population control measure and some intelligent cooperative planning – long overdue by many decades.

    In NZ we have idiot leaders / puppets from the business cartel who advocate and increase in population.
